A free web service, www.informantonline.com, provides a unique way to submit anonymous comments about a company or organization. The key is that the company actually solicits these comments by distributing a security code to their employees or customers. Informants then use that code to submit their unbiased opinion about the organization, its products, or services. Think of it as an update to the old suggestion box.
